We will offer you free training that how to operate and maintain the machine. 2) After sending out the machines, we can discuss the problem by mail. We will try our best to solve the problem. 3) In the Guarantee period, if there is any parts broken, except the wearing parts and damage caused by man-made by your side, please send back the broken one for the freely replacements. Over the Guarantee period, you can buy the parts from us or the local market. 4) If you ask our staff to your country for installing and commissioning the machines, some charges will be paid by your side.
